Getting started

New to PickleCue? After launch, the in-app Getting Started guide walks you through finding courts, joining your first game, and setting up your profile. Before launch, the best way to preview the app is our interactive demo.

Account & login

Need to reset your password, update your email, or delete your account? Settings > Account covers all three inside the app. Or email us and we’ll handle it for you.

Report a bug

Found something broken? Email support@picklecue.com with:

  • Device model and iOS version
  • App version (Settings > About)
  • Steps to reproduce
  • Screenshot or screen recording if possible

Subscription & billing

PickleCue Pro is managed through your Apple ID. Cancel anytime in iOS Settings > Your Name > Subscriptions. For receipts or refund questions, support@picklecue.com.

Safety concerns

We take safety seriously. Every profile can be blocked, muted, or reported from inside the app. For urgent safety concerns, email support@picklecue.com with “SAFETY” in the subject and we’ll prioritize it.
